Macintosh OS X Dial-up Phone Number Change

1. Open "Internet Connect" in the "Applications" folder.
2. Select the telephone handset symbol from the icons at the top.  It will probably be labelled "Internal Modem" on the newer model Macs.
3. Use the "Configuration:" drop-down menu to select your account with The Computer Works.

4. Enter the new telephone number (with area code) in the “Telephone Number:” field.

   While you're in here make sure your username is entered as username@tcworks.net in the “Account Name:” field.

   
5. Quit "Internet Connect" and choose the "Save" button when it asks you, "Do you want to save changes to this configuration before closing?"
